When both the document and the institution are inside the EU, Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 sometimes removes the apostille requirement altogether, and its multilingual standard forms can make a translation unnecessary too. What to send
We need a clear photo or scan of the whole certificate, stamps legible. The original is only needed if the document has to be physically legalised. For the translation itself, a copy is enough.
