The apostille comes from the state. We handle the rest.
No translation office can issue an apostille or a legalisation, however good its work. What we can do is take on everything around it, so you're not the one running between counters.
Which authority issues it
The authority depends on the document. Court and notarial documents go through the Ministry of Justice, civil status certificates through the regional administrations, diplomas and other education documents through NACID and the Ministry of Education, and most others usually through the MFA's Consular Relations Directorate. The full breakdown: Apostille vs. legalisation.
Our part
Our part is the translation, its certification through the partner, submitting the document to the competent authority and collecting it when it's ready. The stamp itself (an apostille for Hague Convention countries, or the legalisation chain for the rest) is a state act, on the state's own schedule.
What to send
A scan or a clear photo is enough for a quote. If an apostille or legalisation is needed, we'll tell you before anything is submitted what else we need: sometimes the original, sometimes a notarised copy.
Price
Handling through the partner (certification, submission, collection) is from €25 per document and typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on the institution. State fees are separate and charged at cost. The issuing authority sets them, and they appear as their own line in the quote. An apostille usually moves faster, a few working days as a rule, though the timing still belongs to the competent authority. The translation itself is priced per page or at a fixed document rate: see Prices.

Related questions
My document is going to a country outside the EU that isn't part of the Hague Convention. What then?
Then it goes through the consular legalisation chain instead of an apostille, which takes longer and has more steps. We'll map out the exact route once we know the country and the document.
Can I order just the translation, without an apostille or legalisation?
Of course. Plenty of people need nothing more. The apostille and legalisation are a separate service, added only if the institution receiving the document specifically asks for it.
Not sure whether you need an apostille or legalisation? Send the document and tell us which country it's for.
